AVP/VP, Structured Finance Credit
Our client, a major foreign bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the abovementioned position in the Structured Finance department.
Responsibilities:
# Manage portfolio of accounts after transfer of accounts to Credit team
# Attend to waiver/consent request, annual review and credit monitoring
# Liaise with facility agent, borrower and other lenders
Requirements:
# Degree holder
# At least 7 years’ experience in a credit role, preferably with at least 3 years’ in project and structured finance
# Good working knowledge of financial models, sensitivity analysis and documentation for project and structured finance transactions
# Familiar with credit administration functions
# Knowledge of loan trading and asset sales desirable
