Officer, Corporate Banking (Telemarketing/Customer Service)
Our client, a major foreign bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the above position.
Responsibilities:
# Conduct tele-marketing calls tell Bank’s products and services
# Handle customers’ daily transactions (eg. Time Deposit Placements, Execution of Foreign Exchange, Loan Transactions, etc)
# Address customers’ queries on business transactions
# Conduct joint marketing visits with Relationship/Account Officers
Requirements:
# Degree holder
# 1 to 3 years’ experience in telemarketing/customer service within the banking industry
# Possess excellent customer service and client managment skills
# Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
# Only Singaporeans/PRs need apply
