Our client, a major foreign bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the above position.
Responsibilities:
You will engage in seeking business alliance opportunities on cross-border basis for customers of the Bank, focusing on environmental, water and natural resources businesses. You will achieve this by matching the businesses of customers and finding M&A needs of customers by cooperating with other departments of the Bank.
Requirements:
# Degree holder
# Strong experience as a Relationship manager in Corporate Banking with wide base of key persons of corporate MNCs / SMEs
# Knowledge of legal, tax and accounting framework on M&A transaction preferred.
