VP, Corporate Finance RM (Bonds, Asset Finance)
Our client, a major foreign bank with diversified global portfolio, is looking for a suitable candidate for the above position.
Responsibilities:
# To explore and find clients needs through co-working with branch staffs in Asia Pacific region
# To provide financial solutions to clients by using existing financial instruments (bonds, asset finance, etc), developing new products/methods or co-working with other financial institutions and/or other departments etc.
# To promote bonds related business (mainly private placement bond, underwriting side) and structured finance business.
# To develop new products and methods related with above business.
# To investigate the regulation, taxation, accounting related with above business.
# To assess, analyze and evaluate credit and structural risk related with above business.
Requirements:
# Have good experience in corporate finance as relationship manager at banks in Asia Pacific region
# Have experience and knowledge in Asian financial business
# If possible, have experience in security related business, underwriting or bond origination side at securities companies in Asia Pacific region
# Good communication ability
# Able to travel extensively
