Accounts Executive Corporate Reporting Global Active Limited
GLOBAL ACTIVE LIMITED, headquartered in Singapore, is the sole franchisee for GNC in Singapore, Australia and Malaysia, owns the RichLife franchise in China, and operates about 300 retail stores spanning these countries.
Accounts Executive – Corporate Reporting (1 year Contract)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of consolidated management report
- Preparation of weekly sales and variance reports
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
- Fixed Assets management
- Checking and verifying the weekly payment runs submitted by overseas subsidiaries
- Assist in ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy or its equivalent
- Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Full set accounts experience would be an added advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin as would be required to support China subsidiary
- Proficient in MS Office, advance MS Excel knowledge is essential
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
