CHIEF SECRETARY AND BOOKKEEPER
Responsibilities:
* Assist in all administrative matters and have knowledge of basic bookkeeping
* Corresponds with customs in Europe and India.
* Prepare reports and correspondences and perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma holder with at least 3 years secretarial experience
* Able to work under pressure and tight schedules
* Good command of the English Language both written and spoken
* Meticulous, able to multi-task and highly independent
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Working knowledge of Mac platform, pages, keynotes and collaborative software such as google and calendar
* Only Singaporeans and Singapore PR
The company has only one employee until now (Danish CEO) so you have to work very independently and sometimes alone.
