Industrial Engineer Financial Analyst (Fresh Grads Welcome!)
Responsibilities:
* Conduct time study and establish standards for capacity modelling
* Track OEE performance and identify areas for line productivity improvement
* Work with planning team to optimize the utilization of machines
* Perform capacity planning, customer demand forecast, costing analysis, Return of Investment Analysis, revenue planning, etc
* Facilitate simplification and automation of work processes
Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering or Mathematical Science
* Preferably with minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong analytical skills with business acumen
* Strong in application software, especially Ms. Office / Excel & VBA
* Experience in capacity modelling
* Good communications and presentation skills
* Self-driven and strong team player with systematic approach to problem solving
