CREDIT ADMINISTRATOR/ CREDIT OFFICER/ ADMIN OFFICER (CREDIT) (URGENTLY)
SGD 1600 – 2000
Responsibilities:
* Ensure all credit applications are processed on a timely manner based on stipulated guidelines & policy rules.
* Ensure that salesperson submit their credit applications immediately upon completion.
* Verify & validate applicant’s data/ documents provided.
* Conduct field visit as and when required.
* Ensure that all pending applications are being followed up timely based on KPI.
* Update productivity daily.
* Prepare & submit tip off/ pending sales application report weekly.
* Ensure that the sales are not lost as a result of delay/ error input by salesperson.
* Handle customer’s complaint & all credit related enquires within 24hours.
* Conduct regular branch briefing to share common error, preventive measures for syndication etc.
* Share & brief salesperson on new credit promotion/ initiatives.
* Interview & recruit new temp clerk.
* Conduct credit sales training for temp clerks.
* Assist to train our staff from other countries.
* Performs any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
* Min GCE ‘A’ level/ Diploma with at least 2-3 years experience in credit evaluation
* Good team player
* Strong analytical, organization and planning skills
* Meticulous and an eye for details
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
* Willing to work OT if required
* Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Residents need apply
* Salary range: $1,600 – $2,000 (depends on qualification & experience)
* Working location: Based at different branches every few weeks for exposure.
* Working hours: 40hrs per week (rotating shifts/ 10am – 6pm/ 2pm – 10pm)
