Requirements:
* UK MNC (Regional Office) -Trading and Mining Industry at Cityhall MRT has an opening for :
* ? compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
* ? ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
* ? ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
* ? prepare financial management reports
* ? ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
* ? Comply with Corporate policies and guidelines
* ? establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
* ? resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
* ? continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
* ? coordinate with Share Serviced on all SSO activities
* ? develop and maintain financial data bases
* ? financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
* ? ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
* ? ensure that GST Form is prepared accurately and submitted on time.
* ? compliance of statutory requirements.
* ? intercompany reconciliation.
* JOB SPECIFICATIONS
* * Bachelor in accounting or ACCA
* * Min 5 years of related experience
* * Goods knowledge of Singapore GAAP is a must
* * Goods skills with Office software (mainly Word and Excel)
* * Good knowledge of SAP is an additional advantage
* Working Hours: 9am to 6 pm (5 days week)
* Salary Range: $3300 to $3800
