Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of Finance Executives
* Prepare monthly financial reporting and analysis to Home Office
* Prepare annual budgeting and forecasting including tracking of results, cost and expenses monitoring
* Cash flow management and forecasting including cash inflows and outflows managements
* Preparation of financial statements and tax computations
* Audit, tax, company secretary and other statutory paperwork and submission
* Part of Budget Committee member to review vendor selections
* Verification of payroll and review payroll journal
* Prepare bonus computation
* ROI calculation and monitoring for sales related promotions
* Review work performed by team including accounts receivables / payables, sales / cash reconciliations, inventory cash management, inventory provision review, GL journals, cash and bank account reconciliation.
Requirements:
* Minimum Degree in Business / Accounting / Finance or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Good negotiation and communication skills
* Able to provide suggestions / ideas to resolve problems
* Meitculous with attention to details
* Resourceful
* Pleasant personality and possess initiative
* Able to commence work within short notice
