Our client, a global financial institution is seeking to hire an experience Internet Banking professional, to ensure it Self Service Banking network meets world class service availability.
The successful incument is expected to partner business units to understand their needs and their customers’ needs to recommend solutions to improve existing operations or meet new business, operational or customer service needs.
As part of his or her responsibilites, he or she need to review and improve processes to maintain efficiency and productivity balancing these with risks/controls and service quality.
The experience manager will be able to lead and manage various operation teams to ensure agreed Business SLAs, Vendor SLAs, Staff Efficiency & Productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage Vendors to ensure optimal performance and improvement of existing processes.
2. Monitor vendor performance vs service contract and penalties.
3. Constantly monitor SSB performance, identify issues and analyse root cause(s) and take proactive actions with vendors to meet SLA.
4. Develop indicators (leading/lagging) to identify potential service issues and preventive measures.
5. Lead and manage operation teams (vendor management, claims, analytics, reconciliation) to meet agreed SLA, and Staff Efficiency & Productivity targets.
6. Develop a cost effective strategy and approach for investigation and claims processing.
7. Ensure that all outstanding claims are resolve in a timely and effective manner.
8. Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risk control.
9. Provide operational support to BUs for new initiatives.
10. Provide coaching and counselling to staff, and improve their skill set.
11. Provide decision on issues of exception within the scope allowed.
12. Handle specific projects assigned.
Requirements:
- Product knowledge
- Process re-engineering/six sigma capabilities
- Operations research/quantitative or modelling background
- Strong leadership skills with sound, analytical and decision making abilities
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff and external parties
- Strong people-relations and influencing skills
