Responsibilities:
* Perform billing, waivers, adjustment and reconciliation
* Ensure billing timeliness and accuracy
* Support billing enquiries and resolve billing disputes
* Manage customer’s feedback
Requirements:
* Diploma (majoring in Accounting/Business Administration) / LCCI with minimum 1 year working experience
* Meticulous and numerate
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* A good team player with initiative and a positive attitude
* Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and demanding environment
* Able to work overtime when required
