Accounts Assistant / Executive
Responsibilities:
1. Handle full set of accounts
2. Prepare month end closing and reporting
3. Reconciliation of daily various cash transactions
4. Review daily cash books and cash positions
5. Process claims and reimbursement of petty cash and expenses
6. Ensure timeliness of payment process
7. Bank reconciliation
8. Daily update of entries into the accounting system (QuickBooks)
9. Prepare monthly journals and schedules
10. Prepare GST submission
11. Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Minimum LCCI Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years’ experience
2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Responsible, organised and meticulous
4. Good team player who works well with others
5. Preferably able to start work immediately
Location: Orchard
5 days’ week
