Responsibilities:
* Prepare cheques & TT/FT payment instructions
* Input payment, deductions, refund and adjustment entries
* Prepare credit vouchers, manual sales draft and IPP for processing
* Prepare payment advices and correspondences to merchant
* Handle enquires (email and phone) and related investigation
* Monitor and follow up on outstanding claims and payments from/to merchants/ GLs (receivables & payables)
* Manage the merchant enquiries lines
* Any other duties as assigned by superior
Requirements:
* GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level / Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma
* Preferably with 1 year of administrative experience
* Banking experience is an added advantage
* Proficient in MS Office
* Applicant must be Singaporean or Singapore PR
* Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.15pm
