Project Finance – Risk Management (Assistant Manager)
Requirements:
Our Client is an International Corporate Bank. They are actively seeking to hire a suitable Project Finance Risk Specialist.
Responsbilities:
1) Proactive risk management of portfolio of project finance transactions. Ongoing monitoring of financial performance / convenants to identify any deteriorating sign of the assets, and to develop appropriate action plans
2) Prepare credit reports to provide Management with regular updates of project status
3) Conduct annual review on the portfolio as well as perform financial analysis, including cashflow projection, financial modelling and sensitivity studies
4) Appropriate portfolio and research analysis to assess the trends in the relevant sector/market
5) Presentation of waiver / amendment requests to Management / Credit Committee
6) Negotiate terms and documentation for refinancing and restructurings
7) Manage and liaise with syndicate members, advisors, legal counsels, sponsors and borrowers
Work closely with the origination team on new project finance transactions
9) Liaise within the Bank, including origination team, credit administration team and loans team
Requirements:
a) Minimum 5 years of credit experience (handling large corporates or Project Finance deals)
b) Restructuring skills
c) Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
