Senior /Manager, Group Risk Management
Responsibilities:
* Manage risks through risk identification, assessment and formulation of risk mitigation strategies.
* Review key risks both from businesses and Group’s perspective and ensure that these are tracked until resolution.
* Review and improve the Group’s risk management controls and practices.
* Identify control gaps and evaluate opportunities for improvements.
* Be actively involved in facilitating the risk management process.
* Develop and implement the risk management policies or procedures for key business processes risk management and ensure their compliance.
* Investigate, analyzeand provide prompt update to Management on emerging or significant risk events, patterns and trends.
Requirements:
* Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in the risk management area/or business process re-engineering and involved in covering the financial, operation and strategic risks area.
* Business oriented and possess the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, including senior management.
* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stand firm your ground when under pressure.
