5 day work week-Accounts Assistant
SGD 1600 – 1800
Responsibilities:
Reconcile suppliers’ invoices with Purchase Order/quotations/service report ( if any )
Reconcile suppliers’ statement with inter-company balances
Prepare weekly and monthly sales report
Monthly stock check and stock reconciliation
Assist in the monthly closing of accounts
Prepare cash flow report
Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
Prepare audit schedule
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in opposite Great World City ( River Valley Road).
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Minimum 2 to 3 years accounting experience, preferably in F&B/service industry
* Responsible and good working attitude
* Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents and Malaysians are welcome to apply
5 day work week: 9am to 6pm ( Mondays to Fridays )
