About Our Client

Job Description
* MIS
o Ensure all departments management reports are accurate and submitted by specified deadline
* Finance
o Supervise all departments financial support and financial process ·
o Track and monitor spend and benefits
* Operational Management Information
o Ensure all departments MI tools run properly
o Develop and implement new tools for tracking business performance
o To manage daily operations of the team in terms efficiency/performance/Speech Analytics (KPIs)
o To report to Ops Support Manager on the team performance, trends, issues
o To identify ways to improve their performance
* To perform People Management
o To coach & motivate team members towards achieving their personal goals
o To identify training needs of the team membersto identify and develop potential candidate within the team for succession planning
The Successful Applicant
* Experience working in a call centre environment
* At least 4-5 years of Management Reporting/Operations/HRD/Finance Operational experience in a call centre environment, preferably in the banking/financial services industry, with proven Management experience
