Access Manager (Hong Kong)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for sourcing and procurement of local and last mile access
* Interface and build strong relationship with in-country service providers to extend SingTel’s international data service
* Develop and implement action plans to reduce total cost
* Build and maintain database on local and last mile access to manage service provider and turnaround time
* Engage in budgeting and forecasting
* Monitor and analyze costing reports
Requirements:
* Good inter-personal and negotiation skills
* Independent, self-motivated and resourceful team player
* At least 2 years background in international telecommunications pricing
* Business insight and a firm grasp of the current telecommunications environment and market developments for in-depth analysis of market trends & demands
* Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or Business
* Outstanding MS Excel, MS Access & MS Powerpoint skills
* Based in-country and reports back to headquarters in Singapore
