Senior Associate, Mergers & Acquisitions
Responsibilities:
* Manage M & A deals as a team in terms of origination and execution with expected functions
* Identifying and evaluating potential targets/sellers/investors using Bank’s network within APAC region
* Performing strategic and financial valuation analysis
* Identifying and valuing potential synergies
* Advising on optimal transaction structures
* Negotiating transaction terms
Requirements:
* Degree holder with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in corporate finance area
* Proven skills in M&A origination/execution with robust track record in an international firm
* Excellent written and communication skills
* A good team player and proactive mindset
* Industry coverage experiences shall be a big plus
* Proficient in MS-Word, Excel and PowerPoint
