Business Planning Analyst
Responsibilities:
* Conduct time study and establish standards for capacity modelling
* Track OEE performance and identify areas for line productivity improvement
* Work with planning team to optimize the utilization of machines
* Liase with other sites in the group for asset transfer.
* Perform the capacity and revenue forecast
* Perform financially related analysis such as costing, Capex justification, return on investment analysis & etc.
* Facilitate simplification and automation of work processes
Requirements:
* Degree in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or Mathematical Science
* Strong analytical skills with business acumen
* Strong in application software, especially Ms. Office / Excel & Visual Basic Application
* Good communications and presentation skills
* Self-driven and strong team player with systematic approach to problem solving
* Individual with fundamental knowledge of financial analysis and Visual Basic Application is encouraged to apply
