Responsibilities:
Job Description:
Principal functions of the role (Client is a Public Listed Trading Company,Non Banking Industry)
* Assist in raising financing for the Group, including reviewing loan documentation and finalisation
* Maintain good and prompt conduct and proper documentation of new /existing financing, ensuring timely reporting/compliance of covenants and payments.
* Develop financial models and prepare presentations.
* Assist in projects and other functions as may be assigned.

Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* At least 5 years relevant experience in financing, general banking, real estate and/or trading
of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Bilingual in Mandarin and English and good writing and numerate skills, conversant in Excel/Powerpoint
