Admin Assistant (East / With or without experience / up to $1600)
SGD 1400 – 1600
Responsibilities:
* Provides support for Accounts department.
* Prepare Daily Cheque and Cash Bank in.
* Issue receipts for all payments we receive.
* Issue Credit notes, prepare letters.
* Daily filling of debit notes /credit notes and other files.
* Other ad hoc duties assigned by Supervisor
Requirements:
* Min O ‘Level’.
* Fresh school leavers are welcome.
* Able to multitask and fast learner.
* Meticulous and Accuracy in job details.
* Able to speak Mandarin and English.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel necessary).
* Immediate position.
