Global Container Freight Pte Ltd is part of The Global Group and is a fully licensed and insured freight forwarder, offering service throughout the Asia Pacific Region and around the world.
In line with the company’s expansion plan, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join us in the following position:
Billing Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Handle partial set of account.
* Update monthly schedules.
* Data entry and generate billings.
* Responsible for AP, AR & reporting.
* Daily e-mail correspondences with customers on collection, payment and billing matters .
* Control and monitor accounts receivables, account payables.
* Assist in other general accounting functions & ad hoc project.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least LCCI/ACCA Level 2 / Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Prior working experience in a Freight Forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
* Able to join us at short notice.
* Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
* Bilingual in English & Chinese preferred
* Able to work independently as well as in a team
* Full-Time positions available.
