Senior Manager / Manager, Group Risk Management
Job Description:
You will be part of the risk management team responsible for implementing a comprehensive and practical enterprise wide risk management (ERM) framework to strengthen the risk management discipline of the Group.
You will work with the business units to:
- Monitor and develop credit risk management policies, procedures and ensure that they are appropriate and effective in managing risks.
- Conduct credit analysis of business partners.
- Identify economic and business environmental factors that may lead to potential credit issues.
- Review key risks both from businesses and Group’s perspective and ensure that these are tracked until resolution.
- Be actively involved in facilitating the risk management process.
Requirements:
Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience in risk management and involved in covering the financial and operational areas.
Business oriented and possess the ability to communicate confidently at all levels, including senior management.
Possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stand firm your ground when under pressure.
