This position is responsible for overseeing a team of fulfilment and QC officers to ensure KPIs are met and implement strict adherence to processes outlined. Liaison with team leaders and partners to highlight issues and ensure overall company objectives are being achieved.
Fulfillment Team Leader
Responsibilities:
* To oversee a team of Fulfillment & Quality Control Officers
* To steer the team towards achieving KPI
* To hire, train and groom new hires and integrate them into the team
* Conduct regular meetings to ensure team members have complete understanding of process & procedures
* Implement & monitor daily schedules
* Analysis, assessment and interpretation of the operations needs for specific campaigns
* Ensure consistent and timely delivery of service quality
* Coordinate with the team to ensure that expectations are understood and the team is focused on meeting the KPIs and Company’s expectations
* Analyzing problems – defining logical & effective solutions
* Constantly review and implement workflow and procedures
* Ensure the team meets their monthly target
* Abide by all Company and Divisional procedures and policies
* Review workflow and procedures

Requirements:
* Preferably with experience in a supervisory role
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong leadership quality
* Singaporean and Singapore PR only
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Job Location & Working Hours:
* Braddell MRT
* Monday to Friday, 9am – 7pm
