LMB Housing Services Pte Ltd is a young and growing Singaporean company created and managed by 2 French’s.
We are providing affordable, comfortable and hassle free short term accommodations in luxury condos to expatriates in Singapore.
We are currently a team of 24 and growing. We are focusing our activities on the One North Area.
Our customers are individuals and corporations; typically professional, students, or families coming in Singapore for a few months.
We are working as a Team in a very international environment, and customer satisfaction is our primary goal.
Assistant Accountant
SGD 2000 – 2800
(Singapore – Ayer Rajah Industrial Estate – Dover – Clementi – Holland Village)
Responsibilities:
* To handle accounts receivable, issue invoices and official receipts. To ensure all receivables are supported with invoices and invoices are processed and collected in a timely manner.
* To coordinate with operations department to ensure completeness of billings and collections.
* To make sure internal control processes and procedures are in place and suggest improvement to existing processes and procedure.
* To ensure payments vouchers and checks are supported with suppliers’ invoices and/or claim form;
* To ensure timely generation and accuracy of all reports;
* To provide monthly bank reconciliation and Cash flow Statement, profit and loss statements and balance sheet schedules for audit/management purposes;
* To maintain the Assets Register.
* Submit CPF contributions
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy/ ACCA;
* Minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity;
* Proficiency in QuickBooks
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Familiar with the laws and regulations that apply to an accounting function

Compensation will be function of experience and qualification.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9h00 to 18h00 – Public Holidays off.
