Compliance Manager (BANKING).
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Provide advisory on regulatory matters and issues to management and business units.
* Liaise with regulators (SGX, MAS), internal and external auditors.
* Report regulatory breaches to regulators, management and bank compliance.
* Conduct compliance trainings to bank staff.
* Ensure timely submission of regulatory report for bank’s SFA / FAA acitivities.
* Review compliance and regulatory policies and systems to detect areas of internal control weakness.
* Attend to all AML enquiries received from other departments.
* Prepare compliance reports for submission to Head Office.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Strong knowledge in MAS regulations, Banking Act, Financial Advisors Act, Securities and Futures Acts etc is essential
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
Other Information:
* Town, 5 days work week
* Salary will commensurate accordingly to experience and qualifications.
