Senior Business Analyst
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Deliver timely and cost effective IT solution that meets business requirements.
* Assist Unit Managers on SLA & Service Management on AMS (Outsource) vendors, e.g. prioritization & assignment of tasks, track & monitor project, enhancement, support deliverables as specified in the SLA, review of technical specifications and system design.
* Synergize alliance with other IT divisions in Prioritization Management
* Function as project manager for enhancements or small/medium projects.
* Discuss and validate business requirements with users.
* Involve in discussion with technical team to evaluate feasibility of proposed changes.
* Translate business requirements to functional requirements for technical team to commence development.
* Advise or propose to business users on process improvement/re-engineering through the use of IT solution.
* Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing and training.
* Track & monitor project, enhancement, support deliverables by service providers (e.g. AMS) as specified in the SLA.
* Relationship building and supervise contract service providers in software solution delivery.
* Review business requirements specifications.

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
* Min 5 years of relevant experience within the IT industry with relevant SDLC / BA experience
* Experience with EDI
* Able to translate business requirements into functional requirements (or non-functional requirements)
* Experience in different phases in SDLC activities
* Good communication and writing skills
* Have software development and vendor management experience
