Our client, an established name in the Retail Industry is looking for Accounts Assistant to be part of their organization
1. Accounts Assistant (AP) 2. Accounts Assistant (AR)
(Singapore – East)
Responsibilities:
1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AP)
# Reporting to the Accountant
# Maintaining the fixed assets register, petty cash book, supplier’s invoices and payment
# In charge of the bank reconciliations
# Perform weekly cash flow projections
# Other duties as assigned

2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AR)
# Report to the Accountant
# Responsible for the trade receivable functions
# Perform weekly cashflow projections and monthly AR/Bank reconciliations

Requirements:1. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AP)
# Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with CAT
# Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant AP experience in a computerized accounting environment
# Experience in retail accounting will be an added advantage
# Computer literate and proficient in Excel spreadsheet
# Self-motivated, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

2. ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (AR)
# Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with CAT
