Our Client is a MNC located in town operating on 5-day week.
Temp Finance Asst (6-12 Month Contract)
(Singapore – Town)
Responsibilities:
* Accounts payable function (processing of vendors’ invoices and payments to creditors
* Reconcilaition of creditors accounts
* Posting of journals for prepayment & deposit accounts to GL
* Monitor & follow up on outstanding invoices
* Filing of withholding tax
* Reporting including creditors ageing reports & KPIs reports
* Maintenance of vendor master records
* Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:
* Diploma in accounting with 1-2 years of accounting experience is preferred
* Recent diploma holders pursuing part-time degree/ACCA studies may apply
* Proficiency with MS Word & Excel
* Prior experience using SAP or Oracle will be a definite plus
* Meticulous with ability to achieve high levels of accuracy
* Bilingual in English and Chinese
* Salary range: $1800-2400
