Claims Officer (Life/Medical/Group Insurance)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Handle a diverse range of claims assessment in life, accident and health and group insurance claims
* Assist in claim projects involving systems and process improvements
* Provide accurate and prompt assessments of claims
* Review and improve claims processes
* Deliver excellent service to policyholders
Requirements:
* Diploma / Degree holders
* 1 year of experience in life and medical claims or other related insurance operations
* Analytical, meticulous and numerate
* Self-motivated, customer centric, able to work independently as well as in a team
