Financial Analyst
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* To lead strategic review and diagnosis of improvement areas by designing financial, accounting and costing processes, policies, frameworks and management reporting.
* To identify and analyse KPIs, and develop measurements as well as financial management mechanism that monitors financial sustainability and risks.
* To research and develop reporting structures/frameworks on factors influencing business performance so as to support implementation of executive information system.
* Wherein necessary and as assigned, to manage the financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems of specific entities.

Requirements:
* Candidates with experience in the finance function of healthcare organisation and/or Big 4 Accounting firms (healthcare practice group) will be highly regarded.
* Preferably, candidates are equipped with highly proficient analytical capability of economic, finance and accounting principles and their application to the Healthcare environment.
* Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance with CPA and/or CFA and/or CMA, with strong finance background and proven track record of delivering business cases and high quality financial analysis within a commercial environment.
* At least 1 year working experience as business and/or financial analyst preferably within the Healthcare environment
* Ability to work well in a team based environment and communicate with clarity and
