Senior Accountant/Finance Manager – $5K to $8K
(Singapore – East)
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage full set of accounts of investment holding companies
* Ensure timely consolidation of group accounts on monthly basis
* Prepare monthly group financial and variance analysis reports
* Review of subsidiaries’ monthly financial statements and ensure compliance to group accounting policies
* Prepare quarterly reporting to SGX and board papers
* Prepare quarterly forecast and annual budget
* Handle the group’s annual audit and preparation of group annual report
* Assist corporate secretarial matters
* Liaise with corporate secretary, auditors and tax agents
* Handle any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or ACCA graduate
* Minimum 4-6 years of relevant work experience, with 2-3 years of audit experience; Prior work experience in SGX listed companies is an added advantage;
* Fluent in English and Chinese (both oral and written)
* A team player, pro-active and resourceful
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Possess strong analytical and project management skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
