Assistant Manager, Finance Operations & Control ~ URGENT!!!
(Singapore – Central / Town)
Responsibilities:
* Supervision of the Company’s Settlement team.
* Review of settlement journal entry postings in SAP system.
* Preparation and review of monthly balance sheet & revenue reconciliations & schedules.
* Review the settlement processes and where necessary initiate improvements.
* Review & document the settlement policies and procedures.
* Liaise with Sales and Middle Office Operation teams in resolving operational issues.
* Liaise with banks and merchants on settlement matters and disputes.
* Support in system’s change requests.
* Ensure customer’s chargeback or refund is processed on a timely basis.

Requirements:
* Minimum 7 Years working experience
* MNC Background
* Experience in credit and collections
* Degree or Equivalent Qualification in Finance or Accounting
* Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
* Preferably working experience in banking or payment industry
* Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR Holders need to apply
