Our distinguished clients are looking for suitable candidates to apply for the following position through us:
CUSTOMER QUALITY ENGINEER x 3
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Handle all customers’ quality engineering issues effectively
* Work with cross-functional team to analyze & resolve issues proactively and ingeniously.
* Oversee customers’ expectations and requirements
* Act as customer interface on quality and voice of customer
* Fulfill customer requirements on quality in a professional manner.
* Responsible to work with cross-functional team for problem solving
* Responsible to resolve and document issues with 8D methodology
* Collate customer quality data for trend analysis to drive continual improvement.
* Participate in continual improvement program and activities.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering ( Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics )
* Minimum 3 years in similar capacity, preferably in Quality Management
* Experienced in problem solving. Good thinking and analytical skills. Attentive to details.
* Well versed in quality tools – 8D, Statistical Analysis Tools etc.
* Knowledge of SSQA is an added advantage
* Good interpersonal skills and team player
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Strong passion in customer support
