Responsibilities:
* Carry out fire safety and protection duties as stipluated in the Fire Safety Regulation & Acts
* Involve in planning, checks and control of various safety measures and outsourced security agency
* Communicate and report all irregularities such as encroachment, damages, etc. in the common area
* Prepare and carry out fire safety audit and security audit
* Supervise and train all security officers employed by the management for the site
Requirements:
* Diploma in Building Services/ Estate Management or its equivalent
* Must possess a Fire Safety Manager Certification
* At least 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience in a large retail mall
* Independent and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
