Our client is a leading company in the Marine Offshore Diving System Manufacturing Industry.
Senior Purchasing Executive (Oil & Gas/Marine Offshore)
(Singapore – Loyang)
Responsibilities:
* Supervise a team of Purchasing/Store assistants (x5)
* Plan and schedule for manpower
* Plan, organize, and direct smooth & efficient operations of the Company’s daily warehouse, logistic and inventory control functions
* Perform monthly stock take and reconciliation of the inventory balances
* Manage purchasing of Electrical/Mechanical parts
* Liaising with suppliers and forwarders to ensure smooth logistics flow
* Perform any other tasks assigned
Requirements:
* Diploma in logistics /inventory or warehouse supply chain management with minimum 3 to 5 years’ relevant working experience including 2 years in supervisory capacity
* Strong supervisory skill with good problem solving and people management skills
* A team player with integrity, proactive, self driven and able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
* Highly customer & business oriented
* Responsible and mature candidate
* Competent in Microsoft Office and Excel
