Responsibilities:
* Perform the purchasing tasks for semiconductor equipment, spares and fabricated parts
* Identify and develop new sources to reduce total cost
* Analyse competitive bids, select suppliers, and negotiate for the best price
* Negotiate for best purchase terms and conditions, quality, price, delivery, warranty, service level, etc
* Identify purchasing risks and flag concerns. Follow up on problematic parts and services until they are received
* Drive continuous improvement such as quality improvement, cost reduction, lead-time reduction, payment terms improvements etc

Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Engineering or Business Administration.
* Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in purchasing, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* SAP knowledge
