We are seeking people with the following skills to help us share Crocs with the world!
ADMIN ASSISTANT (PLANNING DEPT)
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Collect and compile data for routine reports related to factory planning and China/ Free-Trade Zone operations.
* Provide support for PO management functions, such as but not limited to;
1. Entering Purchase Order in the system
2. Entering PO amendments in the system
3. Assisting Planners on ad hoc reporting
4. Archiving of records
5. Maintaining trackers
* Monitor and follow-up past due and future open inbound orders
* Generate inbound, outbound and other reports and upload to Sharepoint based on publication schedule
* Assist Planners in managing Regional reservations
* Act as department representative for HR-related matters
* Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
* Minimum GCE N Level/ Certificate in Office Skills
* Minimum 1 year’s administrative experience
* Bilingual in both Mandarin and English in order to communicate effectively with colleagues in China operations
* Proficient in MS office applications. Familiarity with MS Excel is preferred.
* Pleasant in nature and ready to learn
* Work well in a team
