Purchasing Assistant (6 mth Contract)
(Singapore – Jurong Island)
Responsibilities:
* Prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders
* Follow up on orders to ensure materials are delivered on required dates
* Update of invoices and documents sent and received
* Compile and maintain Purchasing Operating Procedures
* Other duties as as assigned by Manager
Requirements:
* Diploma with 1 year of related experience in purchasing
* Good communication skills
* Proficient in MS Office eg MSWord/Excel
