We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as:
ACCOUNTANT
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Preparation of monthly accounts for management reporting
* Preparation of annual statutory accounts for audit
* Submission of project cost analysis reports and monitoring cashflows of project companies
* Review and submission of quarterly GST returns
* Ensure prompt billing and collection of progress payments for residential projects
* Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
* 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience
* Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
* Committed and possesses strong analytical skills
* Familiar with the financial reporting and regulatory requirements in Singapore
* Audit experience is an added advantage
