Deputy/Manager, Finance
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Perform strategic and financial valuation analysis
* Conduct due diligence
* Do analysis on industry, comparatives and financial models
* Perform investment monitoring and reporting functions
Requirements:
* A good degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance
* Passed all 3 levels of the CFA examinations
* At least 4 years of experience in M&A, Finance, Strategy & Planning or Management Consulting
* Excellent analytical and technical skills
* Knowledge of port management will be an added advantage
* Meticulous with good communication and interpersonal skills
