Senior Accountant
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
You will perform day to day accounting operations, including but not limited to payment and cost allocation, voucher preparation, issue invoices, bank reconciliations and preparation of daily P&L and financial statements. Preparation of income and expenditure reporting, and other regulatory reporting with local regulators. Month end processing. Management reporting and other ad hoc projects. Handle GST, withholding tax and corporate tax. Understand cash flow management.
Requirements:
Your Profile
You need to have a good university degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines. CPA qualified will be preferred. You need 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting or tax field gained from a trading or logistics industry. Experience in management and regulatory reporting. Good Excel and SAP experience is essential. For the right candidate, this position also offers the opportunity of engaging beyond Accounting & Finance by ensuring operational controls are in place by pinpointing any operational control weaknesses through balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on delinquent accounts. Only Singaporean, PR or EP holders will be considered.
