CLAIMS – SENIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE
(Raffles Hospital)

Responsibilities:

* Adjudicate claims submitted by members
* Liaise with relevant parties to validate claims
* Handle claims enquiries and service recovery
* Supervise junior claims staff
* Prepare management reports

Requirements:

* Diploma or higher
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
* Prior experience preferred, but training will be provided
