Finance Operations Analyst (Accounts Receivables) – 1 Year Contract
(Singapore – Eunos, Kaki Bukit)

Responsibilities:

* Reviews and monitors corporate customers’ accounts receivables (AR)
* Performs bank to book reconcilation, and posting entries into Ledger
* Co-ordinates and negotiates with customers on payment schedule
* Works with customers on billing discrepancies and acts as focal point for payment-related issues
* Liaises with and leads internal teams (e.g. pricing, tax, logistics, etc) to rectify and resolve billing issues
* Performs cash forecasting processes letter of credit for customers where necessary

Requirements:

* Degree in business related disciplines
* Minimum 1 year of working experience
* Able to communicate with all levels of management including counterparts from corporate headquarters in US
* Persuasive and negotiation skills required
* Analytical and meticulous
