Accounts Assistant
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
* Assist in AR, IC & GL and data entry in Accpac accounting software
* To deal with daily transaction for petty cash and perform reconciliation.
* To ensure all filing is done in a timely and accurate manner
* Assist in other accounting duties during month end closing
* Support the administrative functions of the Finance team
* Perform ad-hoc activities as and when needed
Requirements:
LCCI/CAT/Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
* Detail-oriented, dependable, has initiative & mature
* Proficient in MS Office applications
OTHER INFORMATION
* Salary range (Basic +Dental Benefit+ Over Time + Bonus+ Quarterly Incentive) depending on Candidate’s Qualification and Work experience
