Mortgage Consultant
(Singapore)

Responsibilities:

* Contact new inbound leads and qualify them and their requirements
* Manage communications with existing clients and prospects
* Closely liaise with bank partners to ensure smooth processing of loans to successful transactions
* We will provide and sponsor training, including formal Accredited Mortgage Consultant course/qualifications

Requirements:

* Strong interpersonal, sales and customer services skills
* Energetic, tenacious, self starter with initiative – must be able to work with minimum supervision
* Minimum 1 year experience in banking, loans or finance industry
* Previous experience within mortgage or home loan environment is preferred
* Chinese/Mandarin fluency would be beneficial in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
* Must be Singaporean or PR
