Our client is an MNC medical manufacturing company in the north location looking for a immediate Senior Accountant to manage the smooth operation of cost accounting & financial accounting of the company’s operation towards achieving a means of efficient & timely reporting for the site and to the Regional Headquarters.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities

* Management Accountant
* Cost Analyst
* Costing Executive

Including:

* Preparation of annual budgeting, quarterly projections, monthly forecasts, estimation & strategy planning including the presentation and analyses of such forecasts for site management.
* Manage monthly closing of management accounting including analyses of variances, performance & all related reporting & analysis.
* Carry out monthly trend and analysis of direct materials and labour. Support Materials & Production group with analysis of performance and review of future production forecasts. Determine adequacy of stock reserves.
* Set and enforce procedures relating to Materials for internal control on the shopfloor & in the Warehouse. Provide guidance for/policing of transaction processing.
* Assist in development and training of Management Accountant Cost analyst & Costing Executive.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least aACCA, CIMA or recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing environment.
* Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Able to communicate with all level of staff.
* Very strong analytical & supervisory skill.
* Highly proficient in financial modelling through use of spreadsheets / database.
* Singaporean or Singapore PR only.
