GE Money, based in Stamford, Connecticut (USA), offers a range of financial products, including private label credit cards, personal loans, bank cards, auto loans and leases, mortgages, corporate travel and purchasing cards, debt consolidation and home equity loans and credit insurance.
GE Money Indonesia is currently looking for Collection Back End and Recovery Unit Leader. The position is based in Jakarta and will report to Head of National Collection and Recovery Department.
Responsibilities:
· Manage and analyze Back End collection and Recovery portfolio, design account assignment strategy, programs/ tools, capacity planning and target setting
· Oversee daily team activities: problem solving, control, monitor, energize and motivate
· Develop reports and dashboards to analyze and review team performance
· Analyze any alarming sign, and initiates necessary modifications onto collection/ recovery strategy, policies and system when necessary, based on sound analysis and simulation
· Maintain communication with other functions, such as Front End, Customer Service, Control Units, Fraud, Compliance, SDU, General Affairs, HR to maximize support and flow of information to and from back end and recovery unit
· Periodically review and enhance system Support (V+, CTA, CATS and CFES) in order to increase team’s productivity and have better control-monitoring functions
· Work together with IT team and vendors on implementing collection back end and recovery strategies into the IT systems
· Coaching, training and empowering collection back end and recovery teams, builds team’s confidence and make them perform at their best with the highest commitment
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor Degree in Science/Finance/Technical from reputable university
· Strong Leadership, people management and communication skills (Minimum 7 years of working experience with min 200 team members)
· Good knowledge of Collection and Recovery processes (Minimum 6 years of working experience in Banking or Financing Industry)
· Insight of database management and MIS logical and analytical thinking (5 years of working experiences in Data Mining)
· Good command in English
